Golden’s Mother Cabrini Shrine is starting the last phase of its renovation project… and this is the biggest phase for sure. The Shrine’s chapel will be renovated over the next year, It will be more open, brighter, there will be moveable walls that will allow for more visitors and a large new mosaic behind the altar which is currently behind made by artisans outside of Florence, Italy.
With inflation, the cost of materials has gone up. So, for the 2022 Mother Cabrini Shrine Gala, donors contributed to the Heart of Jesus Capital Campaign which is funding this 2 year long refresh of the Shrine.
Kyle Dyer Storytelling used quotes from Mother Cabrini that reflect her love for this property she founded in Golden, Colorado and had the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus say them out load for this video story.
